Operations & Admin Volunteer
Orchestra of Everything Foundation
Help OOEF behind the scenes on-site, remote or both. Admin, co-ordination, comms, fundraising & more
OOEF delivers free music education to 270 children aged 7–11 at two Bath primary schools in deprived communities — massively high impact, with a 39% reduction in suspensions and the attention of the DfE and Bath Spa University. We need help with scheduling, communications, grant applications, impact reporting, events and partnerships. This role can be shaped around you -- come on-site and see the magic in action, work remotely, or combine both. No musical background needed. Experience in admin, comms, fundraising or finance is welcome but not required.

A small charity runs on the energy of people who can keep multiple things moving at once, communicate clearly, and take initiative without always being asked. We need people who are reliable, comfortable with email and shared documents, and able to work independently when needed. Any additional skills -- bookkeeping, design, research, web -- are a genuine bonus. You will be working closely with the founding team at a pivotal moment in OOEF's growth, so the right attitude matters as much as specific skills.
Whether you are on-site with us or working remotely, you will be contributing directly to work that is genuinely changing children's lives. Come in and you will see that impact up close -- volunteers consistently tell us it is the most motivating thing about working with OOEF. References available. We also welcome pro bono contributions from companies supporting employee volunteering. Any time you like if you're working remotely If you want to come in for any in-school or youth club sessions, these run at specific times (as of May 2026 these are Weds afternoons between 12.30 and 4.30, and Tues and Weds evenings 6.30-8.30, but these could move and more will be added as we expand into other schools and youth clubs)
