We Hear You
We are seeking volunteer counsellors and therapists (Qualified) to provide one to one counselling.
You’ll offer a minimum of two weekly counselling sessions and one weekly telephone assessment. The skills you will need: A diploma / degree in counselling or psychotherapy. Good understanding of issues arising for people affected by cancer and other life-threatening conditions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and to deal with situations which could be upsetting or challenging. Good understanding of humanistic and integrative approaches to counselling are preferable.
