Avon Needs Trees Volunteer - Tree Planting
Avon Needs Trees
Come and join us to plant some trees and help us create new and permanent woodland.
Help us to plant over 70,000 trees this winter during the second planting season at Lower Chew Forest! Together, we will establish a woodland of 100,000 trees and shrubs through a combination of tree planting and natural regeneration. Everyone is welcome, and no experience is needed. Come and try a day if you haven't before, meet new people outside in the fresh air, and learn the techniques for planting hedgerows, wood pastures, and scrub. You must sign up to our volunteer portal via the link provided to view and sign up for our volunteer days throughout January and February.
