Love Culture? Want to learn something new? Become an evening steward for our BRLSI talks programme.
If you have a passion for the arts and sciences you might enjoy becoming an evening steward at Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution. Evening stewards administer the ticketing process, bar, and seating plan for evening talks. For their pains they not only get free entrance to the talks themselves but a drink to take in with them as they enjoy the event.

What BRLSI look for in our evening stewards above all else is commitment and warmth and a genuine love of working with the public. The ability to stay calm under pressure is also highly prized.
You don't have to make a regular weekly commitment, just come in and see us and we will show you how to get started and sign up to the individual talks and events that you like. BRLSI promises to extend a full induction on how to work on the evening talks programme. We also promise a rich and stimulating working environment, some lovely volunteers to work alongside, and a full calendar of volunteer social event. For further questions email volunteer@brlsi.org
