Information & Advice Volunteers provide guidance and signposting on topics such as healthcare, home support, benefits, legal matters, and loneliness. Support is offered through office sessions, home visits, or remotely via phone or email.

Empathetic, patient, reliable, with a desire to help. Bonus – Experience in social care is helpful but not essential.
