A flexible and fun volunteering role supporting our Young Carers on activities.
This is a flexible, fun micro volunteering role that fits around you and your life. You will become part of a pool of volunteers who help out on activities through out the year although particularly during school holiday periods. You can pick and choose how often you and when you volunteer. There's lots of ways to get stuck in, like encouraging young carers to take part or helping those that may need additional support. There's also practical tasks like organising, taking a register and helping clear away equipment at the end.

There are lots of amazing reasons to volunteer for a charity. You might feel like you want to give back to your local community, meet new people or gain a new skill. You can do all this and more at The Carers' Centre.
Volunteering with the Young Carers Team is adhoc during school holiday periods, occasional weekends and some evenings. There is no minimum time commitment just an interesting in taking up some opportunities when they arise
