NSPCC
You'll be part of a group of people who work together to organise fundraising and awareness events
We need someone in the Bath area to play an important role in creating relationships with local businesses and business contacts to promote the work the NSPCC does in the area and support the events/activities of the Business Board. You'll forge links with key individuals and companies and be there to guide them, to give the NSPCC the best chance of being selected for fundraising, volunteering and awareness opportunities. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your own event to raise funds for the NSPCC's local work and work together as a team to execute the event with great success.

While we think this role is suitable for a whole range of people, we are particularly looking for those with the following qualities and experience: passionate about helping young people and children willing to engage with this new social/networking/business opportunity someone who is either in the early or middle stages of their career great communication and social skills enthusiastic and personable strong organisational skills from a professional background has the time to give and is committed to seeing projects through from start to finish works well within a team. Experience or a want to develop skills in leadership, networking and business engagement is essential. Experience with social media/social media marketing is desirable.
What you'll get We'll support you with advice, skills and tools to help you fundraise and spread the word about the NSPCC. You'll have a dedicated NSPCC contact to liaise with and gain support from. You'll learn more about how you're helping to protect children in Bath and across the UK, and you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and inspire others to support us. You will be required to tell others all about the work the NSPCC is doing, but don't worry you'll get plenty of guidance with this.
