Fundraisers Engagement Team Co-ordinator

The Fundraisers Engagement Team Co-ordinator ensures the engagement team liaises with people raising significant amounts through challenges/contests and keeps track of amounts raised. May also carry out roles of the team.

Detailed Description

The national charity No Panic supports people with anxiety problems, such as panic attacks, OCD, agoraphobia, social phobia & health anxiety. Our main service is our helpline. We seek a volunteer to coordinate the Fundraisers Engagement Team, who liaise with people raising money for us by participating in challenges/contests. The role is to keep track of current and potential fundraisers contacted by team members & the amounts of money raised, & involve other No Panic Teams as necessary. The Co-ordinator may also carry out the roles of fundraiser contactors, when there is insufficient capacity

Why these skills are required

The successful applicant must be able to communicate clearly, confidently and persuasively by email and telephone, be proactive, committed, motivated, reliable, and good at working with others and able to collate and analyse data. A good understanding of engagement and fundraising is desirable.
