Front Desk & Retail Volunteers - Museum of Bath Stone
Museum of Bath Stone
Front desk and retail volunteers at the Museum of Bath Stone will welcome visitors to the museum and handle purchases by visitors from the museum's gift shop.
We’re looking for warm, friendly and naturally helpful people to welcome visitors into the Museum of Bath Stone. You’ll be committed to delivering high standards of customer care and, really enjoy engaging with the general public. You’ll be responsible for welcoming visitors, highlight our facilities to visitors upon entry, and be on hand to answer any questions. You’ll be stationed at the Front Desk, surrounded by a beautiful selection of bespoke merchandise and you’ll really enjoy sharing our unique giftware with interested visitors. You’ll also supervise interest and sales in the Bath Stone Bookshop; building a familiarity with the titles available and signposting visitors to publications available to further their interest. You’ll be making a significant difference. You’ll be helping our charity to raise and receive the vital funds necessary for us to continue our work.
