Do you have some spare time? Dorothy House Furniture shop in Midsomer Norton are looking for volunteers to join our friendly team!
What you will be doing Prepare items of furniture for display Ensure that stock on the shop floor is replenished Take phone calls from customers who are making arrangement for delivery and/or pick up Capture customer gift aid details and explain how gift aid can support the hospice Work with the volunteer team and staff

Cleaning & Tidying, Communications, Team Working
You will have a good eye for Interior Design You may have some knowledge of vintage Furniture You will have good listening and communication skills You will have a great telephone manner
Help a local charity and give something back Access to qualifications with Derby college Learn new skills Gain more confidence Make new friends All training and induction to Dorothy House provided Out of pocket expenses reimbursed
We have various shifts available to suit all. It would be ideal if you could volunteer one shift a week, which is about four hours but we're also happy to have more flexible times.
