Pantry volunteer - City Centre and Southdown

Oasis Hub Bath

Volunteers needed to staff the Oasis Community Pantries from 12.30 to 4pm each Thursday in the city centre and from 1 to 4.15pm on Mondays in Southdown. Volunteers will unpack food, welcome members, help with food selections as required and will keep the Pantry clean and tidy, restocking as necessary. 2 or 3 hour shifts available.

Detailed Description

Volunteers are welcomed to come and join the team at one or both Oasis Pantries in Bath. We are open each Thursday afternoon between 12.30pm and 4pm in the city centre and on Mondays from 1.30 to 4.15pm in Southdown on Mondays to provide high quality food at a low cost to people on low incomes. Members can save over £600 a year by becoming a member. We are looking for friendly volunteers who can offer our members a warm welcome each week, and provide any assistance they may require in selecting their food. Volunteers will also help to keep the Pantry fully stocked and clean. For more information about the Pantry please visit our website, or email us.
